Job Title: Salesforce Einstein

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop NLP-based chatbots using Salesforce Einstein platform.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define chatbot functionality and features.

Develop and maintain conversational flows, intents, and entities within the chatbot framework.

Train and fine-tune NLP models to improve chatbot accuracy, understanding, and performance over time.

Perform regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure chatbots operate seamlessly across different scenarios.

Monitor chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.

Document chatbot development processes, including architecture, design decisions, and configurations.

Provide training and support to end-users and team members on chatbot functionalities and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in NLP, AI technologies, and Salesforce Einstein capabilities.

Technical Skills

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in NLP-based chatbots using Salesforce Einstein.

Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, techniques, and frameworks.

Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Einstein Bots, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with chatbot development tools and frameworks such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson, or similar.

Soft Skills
