Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for RPA related tasks, websites, applications, and other software . They combine user-centered design principles with visual design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Essentially, they bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation

The Role/Responsibilities

• User Research:
  
  

Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• User Flows and Information Architecture:
  
  

Designing user flows, site maps, and information architecture to create clear and efficient navigation.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
  
  

Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

• Visual Design:
  
  

Creating visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements.

• UI Element Design:
  
  

Designing specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus.

• Usability Testing:
  
  

Conducting usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure the design is intuitive and user-friendly.

• Collaboration:
  
  

Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Staying Updated:
  
  

Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills

• User-Centered Design: Understanding and applying user-centered design principles.
• Visual Design: Proficiency in visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve usability issues and design challenges.
• Analytical Skills: Analyzing user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing web or mobile application work.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Freshers can also apply.
  
  

Qualifications/experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
• Strong experience in Ui/UX tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
