Robotics Engineer Electronics Internship In Bangalore

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in PCB design/layout using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad.
• Support PCB assembly, including both surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components.
• Perform soldering, inspection, and rework of prototype boards.
• Collaborate with engineers during prototype builds, testing, and debugging.
• Read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.
• Debug electronic circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Implement and test motor control algorithms for DC/BLDC/stepper motors.
• Program and debug microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, or similar).
• Assist in robot assembly, repair, and integration of actuators, sensors, and controllers.
• Conduct system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
• Document assembly processes and maintain production/test logs.
• Follow ESD handling procedures and lab safety standards.
