As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will engage in activities that support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory standards and best practices. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our services and ensuring that we meet our compliance obligations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of compliance requirements.
