Job Overview
The TE Responsible Sourcing Compliance & Risk Compliance Program Coordinator will focus on supporting the development, management, and implementation of the TE Responsible Sourcing program to address compliance requirements and risk management. This role supports team administratively and functionally with suppliers and business units to meet TE compliance requirements and mitigate risk.
Job Responsibilities
Audit Firm Administration & Execution
- Liaise with approved audit firm for Responsible Sourcing audits management.
- Provide timely support to audit firms and suppliers by addressing audit-related queries and ensuring audits are completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor audit progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Engage with business units for smooth execution of audits and corrective action implementation.
- Assist in review of audit reports for risks, track them on approved TE Systems.
- Initiate SAQ process for low and medium-risk suppliers.
- Analyz SAQ responses and escalate to audits if needed.
- Supports process documentation and systems management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supplier Engagement
- Communicate audit requirements, scope, and timelines to suppliers and business teams
- Provide clarifications on audit scope and support suppliers for effective audit implementation.
- Conduct post audit debriefs and engage with suppliers on timely completion of corrective actions, as per audit report.
Program Governance
- Analyse compliance data and prepare performance reports/scorecards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, and BU teams for timely CAPA completion and remediation.
- Maintain Responsible Sourcing SharePoint and manage subscribed digital platforms to keep data and scorecards current.
- Assist team in administrative tasks as needed (e.g.: when someone is traveling or out of office, and other support)
Compliance Management
- Keep track of escalated critical findings and ensure closure of corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Maintain updated contacts of suppliers and business units and coordinate with CL Business Process team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.
- 3 - 5 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles related to social compliance.
- Strong understanding of operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.
- Expertise in supplier relations.
- Proven program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills, to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities in supply chain social compliance.
- Ability to design and deliver capacity-building programs for suppliers and business units on compliance standards
- Ability to build and support development of management systems, including policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance.
- Program management and ability to drive positive change.
- Team player with a passion for sustainability and compliance.
