Job Summary

The Research Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and strategic planning. This role involves conducting market research, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that help the organization improve performance, optimize processes, and enhance competitive advantage.

Salary : INR 400000 - 700000

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather relevant market, industry, and competitor data.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical tools and convert findings into meaningful insights.
• Prepare detailed research reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and emerging market developments.
• Assist in developing forecasting models and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and secondary research using trusted databases.
• Evaluate business opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in research, analytics, or data interpretation roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python—optional but preferred).
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and business analytics.
