Reliability & Integrity Manager

About The Position

Reliability & Integrity Manager leads an organization of 80-100 employees. This position reports to the Director of Operations and forms part of the ENGINE Extended Leadership Team.

The role will primarily work with, and in support of, multiple business within Chevon’s global operations including the company’s North American Refineries and Australian LNG Production business. It will do this aligned with the company’s centralised technical function following the company’s standard processes.

The Reliability and Integrity Manager is responsible for all reliability activities and personnel within ENGINE. The position is responsible for reliability functions, including maintenance strategy development, reliability opportunity identification, maintenance builds for projects, fixed equipment inspection & integrity services, CMMS master data administration and condition monitoring of the supported global assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe respectful work environment for your department

  • Understand the requirements and priorities of our operating facilities
  • Champion and enable standardisation of business process and tools
  • Implement existing Chevron processes and systems in support of required work activities
  • Enable quality timely outputs in support of our operating facilities
  • Ensures organizational capability is sustained
  • Deliver workflows covering Rotating Equipment Monitoring, Fixed Equipment Integrity, CMMS Administration, Project Maintenance development and Reliability Engineering
  • Manage metrics showing performance of your function against competitive performance measures
  • Execute Chevrons Performance Management Process
  • Manage and minimise local budget spend in providing services

Required Qualifications

Relevant degreed qualifications.

Minimum of 15-20 years relevant experience managing reliability and integrity functions in a complex oil and gas operating environment or similar.

Significant experience in a leadership position within, or in support of, an operating asset.

Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross functional teams supporting complex process facilities or operating assets within a corporate environment.

Preferred Quals

  • International experience
  • Strong background in leading Engineering, Reliability and Operations at a senior level.
