Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first communicator to join us as a Wedding Relationship Manager. This is a high-interaction, high-ownership role where you’ll speak to couples at the very start of their wedding journey, understanding their needs, guiding them to the right venue, and helping them plan their services.

If you love talking to people, enjoy building rapport over calls, and don’t mind a fast-paced environment with lots of daily conversations, this role is for you.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Qualification
  • Speak to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, inquiries)
  • Understand the couple’s requirements, budget range, dates, and preferences
  • Assess feasibility and set the right expectations early
  • Suggest the most suitable wedding venues based on their needs
  • Drive Venue Visits & Closures
  • Schedule and coordinate venue visits
  • Follow up consistently with interested couples
  • Address questions, objections, and concerns
  • Close venue bookings through strong follow-up and clear communication
  • Services Introduction & Upselling
  • Explain our wedding services: decor, catering, photography, planning
  • Give clients an initial sense of pricing, inclusions, and possibilities
  • After venue booking, drive the sale of individual services
  • Work closely with planners and designers to convert interest into bookings
  • Relationship Management
  • Be the client’s primary point of contact during the sales journey
  • Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp
  • Ensure a smooth handover post-sales while continuing to support service sales

Who This Role Is For

  • Fresher or less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent spoken communication (English + regional language is a plus)
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking to new people
  • Enjoys making lots of calls daily and engaging with customers
  • Persuasive but empathetic: can sell without being pushy
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
