Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, self-directed, and highly motivated developer with expertise in Composable Front End Technologies like React.JS to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing new age front end solution, which is part of RL’s global Commerce platform . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and internal/ external development teams create seamless and innovative mobile experiences for Ralph Lauren’s customers.

• Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable development.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends
  
  

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a React.js Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Hands-on experience with React.js workflows (Redux, Flux, or Context API).
• Familiarity with ECMAScript (ES6+) features.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Working knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  
  

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or React Native.
