Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Windchill QA Specialist with expertise in manual testing, automation testing using Selenium, and proficiency in Core Java. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Windchill and a proven track record of ensuring the quality and reliability of PLM systems.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans to verify Windchill PLM software functionality.
  • Conduct manual testing of Windchill modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, and other components.
  • Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate software changes and enhancements.
  • Document test results, defects, and other relevant information in test management tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Participate in test case reviews and requirement analysis sessions to ensure test coverage and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to development teams on software quality and usability issues.
  • Work closely with release management teams to ensure smooth deployment of software releases.
  • Stay updated on the latest Windchill features, enhancements, and best practices related to testing.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Core Java for Windchill applications.
  • Implement test cases for UI, functionality, and integration scenarios.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of Windchill systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations in the Windchill platform.
  • Knowledge on CAD tools like Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Inventor.
  • Develop and execute test cases for User Interface Path (UI Path) workflows, ensuring smooth navigation and user experience.
  • Test Windchill integrations with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Document and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in test automation to improve processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand requirements.
  • Document test cases, execution results, and testing processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
