How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Python Test Framework Development and Maintenance
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient Python frameworks and applications.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Python codebases to enhance functionality and maintainability.
• Lead development efforts by coordinating and collaborating with teams located in different geographic regions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Mentor Team members and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project.
• Participate/Drive architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and decision-making.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for developed frameworks and processes.
• Provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Python development, especially in building and maintaining frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Python libraries, frameworks (e.g. Pytest), and best coding practices.
• Experience leading or coordinating multi-location or multi-team projects.
• Experience in the Test framework development for embedded systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
