Job Description

Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for assigned category
Conduct customer research to generate insights that inform product decisions
Define requirements for new features and functionality
Manage the product roadmap and release schedule
Analyze key metrics to inform decision-making
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful new product launches.
Managing the relationship with suppliers to ensure that they can meet our demand and provide high quality products.
Creating a product strategy for existing or new products based on market trends, sales performance, customer feedback, and industry changes
Working closely with Digital marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to increase sales of certain products or brands
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns
Evaluating pricing strategies to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive rates in the marketplace
Keeping abreast of new technologies in order to recommend improvements to existing products or development of new products
Analyzing data to determine the impact of marketing campaigns on product performance in order to improve future efforts
Developing a strategic business plan for each product based on projected costs, profit margins, and target customer groups.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
1+ years experience in product management, ecommerce, digital marketing, or similar role
Proven track record of successful product launches
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent project management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
