Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and execution for our product line using agile methodologies. Youll serve as the central coordination point across multiple teams, driving daily and quarterly programmatic activity while ensuring continuous flow of value to our customers. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering closely with Product Management, Technology leads, and System Architects.

You will join our team in Bengaluru, India. Our team in India is growing rapildy, and we now have over 100 employees working there. We work mostly remotely, but expect our Fellows to work from the Bengaluru office on occasional team days that will be agreed upon separately.

Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Lead planning and execution for the product line using agile methodologies, driving daily and quarterly programmatic activity including prioritization, planning, development, and releasing. Partner with Product Management, Technology leads, and System Architects on backlog management to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, and prioritization across multiple workstreams. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams, escalating appropriately and driving resolution. Coordinate cross-unit dependencies in alignment with PMO leadership, ensuring work is sequenced effectively.
• Enable continuous flow of value through effective sprint and release execution. Facilitate cross-team collaboration, problem-solving, and impediment removal, keeping teams focused and unblocked. Coach teams in agile practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain transparent communication about progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels. Implement essential metrics and lead data-informed program execution, using insights to identify trends and drive better outcomes.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, or agile delivery roles. Strong scrum and agile program and project management expertise with proven track record in complex product delivery leadership.
• Proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Ability to configure dashboards, reports, and workflows to support effective program execution.
• Advanced stakeholder management experience working with Product, Technology, Services, PMO, and Leadership teams. Data-driven decision-making capability using program metrics and insights. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
  
  

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or mobile product development.
• Scrum Master, SAFe, or Release Train Engineer certification.
