Job Description

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a product company or software development environment, with preference for IT Service Management or IT Asset Management domains.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI project implementations.
• Good knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Project management certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PRINCE2.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders according to the Scope of Work.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Take full accountability for end-to-end project implementation and successful closure, including sign-off within defined timelines.
• Monitor overall project performance, resource utilization, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
  
  

Customer Satisfaction

• Strive to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering high-quality results and fostering positive relationships.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  
  

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
  
  

Project Handover

• Ensure seamless transition to support teams, including comprehensive documentation and training.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Maintain high standards of operational process hygiene by:
• Conducting regular reviews (e.g., daily tracker, weekly status reports, management reviews).
• Managing training schedules and compliance.
• Ensuring timesheet compliance and accurate effort tracking.
