Program Manager II ACES GSF SME-OI

Description

The role is of Program Manager driving Cost of Business Waste across IN Fresh and Sub Same Day Business. The program is multi faceted as it attempts to drive all loss buckets in these businesses - warehouse losses, in-transit losses, warehouse damages, concessions and customer rejects.

Key job responsibilities

• Driving programs for loss reduction in warehouses and in-transit
• Driving customer experience by reducing concessions
• Reducing reverse leg losses
• Acting as custodian for right practices in loss marking
• Financial provisioning of losses
• Introducing and adopting new practices for ease of operations.
• Driving insights on losses data through different cuts to bring holistic changes in inventory management.
• Colloborating with Category on selection level trends.
• Working on abuse patterns pan-India and liasing with Loss preventiona and AI/ML teams
  
  

Basic Qualifications

2 years of program experience.

Experience in driving cross functional teams for shared objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred.

Familiar with Lean six sigma concepts
