Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Product Owner to drive the successful delivery and evolution of our innovative financial technology products. This role will involve translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our solutions meet market demands and deliver significant value to our customers.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Translate high-level business requirements and user stories into detailed, actionable product backlogs for development teams.
  • Facilitate and lead various Project Meetings and Ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of priorities and dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, manage Stakeholder Expectation Management, and ensure alignment on product direction.
  • Conduct Project Estimations for features and initiatives, contributing to effective resource planning.
  • Oversee Project Scope Management, ensuring that project objectives are met while managing changes effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate Project Risk and Issue Management throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and Measure Solution Performance post-launch, gathering feedback and iterating on product enhancements.
  • Implement Change Management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new product features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to Project Strategy Creation and adaptation, ensuring product evolution aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage Project Benefits Management, tracking and reporting on the value delivered by product releases.
  • Adapt Project Life Cycle Adaptation based on project needs and organizational best practices.
  • Develop and execute Project Communications Managem plans to keep all stakeholders informed.

Job Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, preferably within the financial technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace an Adaptive Mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of Business Management principles and their application in product development.
  • Excellent Project Management skills, with experience in various methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Planning and Organizing complex product initiatives and team workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to Measure Solution Performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing Project Risk and Issue Management.
  • Familiarity with Project Life Cycle Adaptation and its practical application.
