Your responsibilities

Define and execute the Digital Experience Monitoring and observability strategy aligned with business and IT goals. Collaborate across teams to deliver performance insights and expand monitoring coverage.

• Deploy and enhance monitoring solutions for new applications and infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvement in experience monitoring.
• Strengthen infrastructure observability to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to team objectives and process efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  
  

• Possess strong knowledge of diverse architectures and distributed systems, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Application, Service, SAP, and Infrastructure Monitoring across complex environments.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in tools such as AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, and Icinga for effective monitoring and analysis.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
