Position Name: Product Owner- 5G RAN

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 8- 14 years

What You Will Do

As OPO, you and your teams will work in one or more programs, to secure best possible time to market for the features in the program scope, with quality and in line with allocated capabilities and priorities. The OPO is responsible for the features, product improvements and TRs within products from a business and customer perspective, to maximize the product value.

• Secure that the feature scope is clear, and that the solution has the right scope, fit for the purpose.
• Communicate, coordinate and align feature scope, time and risks with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that the Feature information is visible and transparent in the backlog.
• Secure the overall priorities in the Team backlog.
• Secure that the team knows what we do and why we do it to contribute to high team motivation.
• Secure that each feature is developed with good quality and promote a product level quality thinking.
• Develop business, value and technical understanding within the domain.
  
  

You Will Bring

To take on this role you need to have a broad technical know-how within software development combined with great people skills. This enables you to make legitimate prioritizations, identify risks and opportunities, as well as drive effective discussions within the development team. As OPO, you’ll be one of the leaders within the organization, hence it is important that you have a high interest in people, processes and technologies. You are passionate about Lean and Agile development and can articulate a clear vision that motivates others and inspires them to move in the same direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Technology, or a related field.
• Experience (8+ years) within product development; as product owner, developer, team facilitator or similar roles.
• Good communication skills, be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
• Good business understanding.
• Good understanding of the domain/area.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
• Proven decision-making skills, including the ability to assess information, weigh alternatives, and take decisive action.
• Experience working according to Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Lead and drive with high energy.
