We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of Freight Tiger’s logistics and payments platform — powering freight invoicing, reconciliation, and payments across India’s largest supply chains. The ideal candidate has scaled platforms from 1x to 10x, understands the ground realities of loading/unloading operations, and brings deep empathy for the fleet owner and truck driver ecosystem. You’ll define the future of how logistics payments flow — from trip to cash — across shippers, transporters, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end FRM product roadmap — from invoicing to reconciliation and payments — aligning releases with strategic business goals and customer impact.
Lead platform scalability initiatives, driving modularization, stability, and adoption across multiple shipper and transporter segments.
Design and ship workflows that digitize and automate freight invoicing, charge computation, ledgering, and multi-entity reconciliations.
Solve for B2B payments inefficiencies by embedding finance capabilities such as early payment options, split settlements, fuel/insurance integrations, and credit flows into logistics operations.
Map and optimize operational touchpoints in loading/unloading, trip closure, and document capture — ensuring real-world reliability for fleet owners, drivers, and yard operators.
Champion ecosystem users — transporters, fleet owners, finance controllers, and supply chain leaders — and design for their pain points around cash flow, compliance, and visibility.
Integrate seamlessly with ERPs and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and external partners (banks, NBFCs, payment gateways) to enable frictionless transactions.
Leverage data and AI models to drive predictive matching, anomaly detection, and invoice validation to reduce manual reconciliation and exception handling.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and finance to deliver scalable, intuitive, and compliant solutions.
Define and track success metrics — feature adoption, invoice accuracy, reconciliation turnaround, working capital efficiency, and platform NPS.
Mentor junior PMs and lead multi-functional squads, ensuring execution velocity and outcome alignment across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
2–4 years of product management experience, with at least 1+ years in logistics, supply chain, or fintech/payments within a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
Proven experience in scaling complex enterprise platforms — from early MVPs to widely adopted multi-tenant systems.
Deep understanding of freight operations — including trip creation, loading/unloading, dispatch, and ePOD workflows.
Experience working with fleet owners, transporters, and driver networks, with appreciation for their digital adoption challenges.
Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and payments workflows (GST, TDS, e-invoicing, etc.).
Prior experience integrating with banking and ERP systems, enabling digital payments and automated settlements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to convert operational pain points into scalable digital solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business, tech, and operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and track record of shipping impactful, revenue-driving products.
Success in this role will mean:
Platform adoption scaled across top logistics customers.
Reduction in reconciliation and payment cycle times.
Improved driver and transporter experience through simplified workflows.
10x growth in processed freight value via automation and embedded finance features.
