About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a technically strong Senior Product Manager – AI Platform to help drive core AI and search platform initiatives. In this role, you will lead the product execution for the further development and maintenance of a modern search platform, support our internal Agent/LLM framework, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, AI-powered capabilities across the company.

This is a hands-on role ideal for PMs with experience in search, NLP, and AI systems, who enjoy working in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

What Youll Get To Do

• Help build and lead a team in building AI-first features used by millions of Dayforce customers
• Work to translate customer-facing problems into solutions within Dayforce
• Support and enhance our internal MCP-based Agent framework
• Build and maintain LLM evaluation datasets
• Validate data quality and assist with model/agent iteration cycles, both manually and with automation
• Write user stories, manage the backlog, and partner closely with engineering
• Produce clear documentation and align cross-functional teams
• Drive the further development of our search feature
• Coordinate schema, indexing, ingestion readiness, and relevance tuning
• Run manual QA and ensure search quality through testing and evaluation
  
  

Skills And Experience We Value

• 6+ Years PM/PO experience in a technical product area
• Hands-on experience with search technologies (Elastic, Solr, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.)
• Background in NLP, ML, or AI-driven products
• Familiarity with vector search, embeddings, and relevance tuning
• Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks: data work, QA, evaluation, testing
• Technical depth: able to inspect JSON/API responses, logs, schemas, metrics
