Product Manager - Global Tax Fintech

Booking.com is looking for a Product Manager to join the Financial Systems team of our Fintech business unit, to play a pivotal role in helping us shape our ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own product vision to provide business representatives and data analysts with complete, trustful, secure and compliant data to enable them to do their work, and extend our Financial data platform with different SAP or non-SAP products and services;
• Own the end to end product life cycle right from conceptualization till post delivery activities;
• Research and identify customer and stakeholder needs and effectively manage their expectations;
• Manage a backlog of new features and enhancements for the product;
• Work closely with a cross-functional teams(engineering, program, business) to build and operate the product;
• Engage other product leaders within Booking.com to define development priorities for the product;
• Analyze, understand and share learnings to build a strong knowledge base of the product.
  
  
  

• 5 years of product management experience;
• Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;
• Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills;
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions;
• Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies;
• Experience with SAP Finance products or Fintech experience is a plus;
• Experience working with controls (like SOX) is a plus.
