Your Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, curious Product-Led Growth Intern to join our fast-moving team at Virtual Internships. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting, automating, and finding creative ways to drive user growth — without just “running ads.”

You’ll work on real growth experiments from day one: scraping leads, engaging communities, testing messaging, and measuring what actually works. If you’ve ever built a bot, hacked together an automation, or grown a small community — this internship is your chance to turn that hustle into impact.

This position will be a stipend-based, full-time internship with the duration of 3 or 6 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Find and engage student communities (Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, LinkedIn groups).
• Scrape job boards / directories to build lead lists (Python or no-code tools is fine).
• Use AI tools to generate and personalize outreach messages.
• Run small growth experiments and track results (simple funnel numbers, not dashboards).
• Write clear copy for landing pages, emails, and in-product nudges.

Who Were Looking For

Your Attributes & Experience

Not “software engineering.” Just:

• Basic Python or willingness to learn quickly.
• Tools like: PhantomBuster, Zapier/Make, Airtable, Notion, ChatGPT, Sheets.
• Comfort with digging around the web, exporting data, cleaning it.

If youve built anything scrappy before (a bot, automation, script, or dataset), that’s enough.

You stand out from the crowd if you have experience in:

• Python basics
• Running or growing any community (college club counts)
• Copywriting that doesn’t sound like a brochure
