We are seeking a Product Enablement Specialist who will help shape how our products are understood, communicated, and adopted by customers, prospects, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, content, customer teams, and sales, ensuring we deliver clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Execution
Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams.
Translate technical features into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with HR professionals and decision‑makers.
Ensure all launch activities align with our go‑to‑market strategy and brand narrative.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Craft concise, differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks across modules and audiences.
Ensure all product communications align with the broader brand story and business goals.
Marketing Collateral & Content Creation
Partner with writers, designers, and sales teams to develop enablement assets including guides, decks, cadences, blogs, product sheets, and presentations.
Build and maintain an organized, high‑quality content library aligned with product marketing strategy.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Use insights to refine messaging, inform product strategy, and identify content gaps.
Audience Segmentation
Collaborate with Product to define and refine customer and user segments.
Develop and tailor messaging that speaks directly to each segment’s needs, challenges, and motivations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Brand, Content, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure consistent product storytelling.
Advocate for product enhancements grounded in market needs and customer insights.
Additional Duties
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support product and marketing initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
3–5 years of experience in software product marketing or sales enablement, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
Proven success developing product messaging and positioning.
Strong storytelling ability—skilled at turning features into compelling narratives.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
Ability to influence product strategy and advocate for customer‑centric improvements.
Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights.
Strong business acumen for evaluating product impact and identifying opportunities.
