A Snapshot of Your Day

You act as the central driver of product change governance across the entire WTG organization. Your day involves coordinating with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to prioritize and track product changes, ensuring decisions are made with clear insights and minimal disruption. You maintain the reporting backbone that provides leaders with a trusted, unified view of all change activities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Build and run structured governance frameworks and decision-making boards for product changes.
  • Ensure change requests are evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Change Management Boards, enabling timely, accurate, and well-informed decisions.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of product changes — initiation, impact assessment, execution tracking, and closure.
  • Assess cross-functional impacts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer projects.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs to enhance transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen alignment across R&D, operations, and project teams to support seamless implementation.


Experience

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in product change management, engineering, project execution, supply chain, or related areas.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional change activities — ideally within renewable energy.


Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with comfort handling detailed product data.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with change management tools, workflow systems, and reporting platforms.
