This role would be responsible for leading Problem and Change Management for Sales Order Management. A Problem lead core responsibility is to minimize the impact of problems on a business and prevent their recurrence. This involves identifying the root causes of incidents, coordinating the investigation and resolution of problems, and proactively preventing future issues. A Change Manager is responsible for guiding organizations through transitions, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently and with minimal disruption. They focus on the "people side" of change, helping individuals and teams adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies. Their duties include developing and executing change management strategies, facilitating communication, and providing support to employees during the transition period
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Conducting change impact assessments to understand the effects of change on processes and systems.
- Creating communication plans and tailored messaging to engage stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering training to support employees in adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
- Identifying and managing resistance to change.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Problem Management:
- Identifying and resolving problems, including root cause analysis.
- Developing and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.
- Monitoring and tracking problem resolution.
- Mentoring and guiding teams on change and problem management standard processes.
- General Responsibilities:
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Adhering to service level agreements.
- Using ITSM tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and standard methodologies in change and problem management.
- Working with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
