What youll do:

This is a vital role with significant growth prospects. You will have work to do from day one and you will be counted on to create opportunities that align with the overall organization goals. Some of this roles key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the implementation of highly technical and complex programs.
  • Proactively identify and manage critical path workflows, cross-functional dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Work with business stakeholders to drive intake of new GenAI use-cases, features on the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to create highly detailed Product Requirements Documentation.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team and the broader organization.
  • Drive the development and execution of program roadmaps and schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Communicate program plans, status, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Work with engineering, business and products team members across multiple geographies and time-zones.

What youll bring:

  • 13+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software delivery within a related industry managing aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
  • You have a bachelors/masters degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering program management or related area
  • Proven experience in implementing and delivering highly technical programs.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Agile, SDLC, and program management models and frameworks.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product or program throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to use metrics to make program decisions and adjust to client needs.
  • Successful experience influencing others and managing stakeholders.
  • Proven program management experience in a matrix organization with team members, stakeholders spread across geographies and time-zones.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Deep understanding of technology, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persuasive and charismatic leader who can serve as an effective member of the People.AI strategic leadership team and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Good to have prior hands-on or management experience in data science and software applications development for production-grade applications.
