THE ROLE
The Demo Team is responsible for building, deploying, and integrating Temenos products with exchange providers and third-party systems to create state-of-the-art, out-of-the-box demo journeys that support BSG’s global sales opportunities, including Proof of Concepts (POCs). Were seeking a passionate and driven engineer who thrives on delivering cutting-edge, high-impact demo experiences and continuously seeks ways to improve and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Configure Temenos Products for Demo
Install and configure Temenos banking products (core and digital modules) for demo use.
Customize parameters, workflows, and interfaces with Dev team coordination.
Follow best practices for easy upgrades and repeatable setup.
Manage Application Servers & Cloud Infrastructure
Handle application servers and cloud areas hosting demo environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Optimize uptime and responsiveness.
Coordinate with Development Teams
Work with Dev, QA, and Product teams to align demo systems with latest builds.
Troubleshoot and escalate demo issues when needed.
Participate in planning for environment changes or enhancements.
Support Demo Environment Upgrades
Plan and execute upgrades aligned with new Temenos releases.
Validate functionality and performance post-upgrade.
Maintain clear upgrade documentation.
Support Data Injection for Sales Demos
Load and refresh demo data (customers, transactions, balances).
Use automation scripts/APIs for data loading and cleansing.
Ensure data reflects realistic banking scenarios.
Prepare & Share Demo Guides
Create demo guides and supporting documents for the Sales team.
Tailor demo scripts to client needs.
Provide materials and support for effective demo delivery.
Skills
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance of FinTech or banking products.
Experience with Temenos core banking products, preferably with demo or sandbox environment configuration.
Technical expertise in installation, configuration, and management of banking software on application servers and cloud platforms.
Understanding of banking product structures, workflows, and customization.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Scripting or API experience for data injection and automation.
Strong documentation and communication skills to prepare training materials and guides.
Knowledge of software upgrade and change management processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
Self-motivated, solution-driven, and proactive in seeking process improvements and automation opportunities.
