We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer – AI-Native who is ready to change how software is built. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and takes full ownership of complex, end-to-end projects. This role goes beyond coding—it’s about architecting scalable systems, transforming legacy platforms, and applying AI-native engineering practices to accelerate delivery.

You’ll work across the stack—microservices, backends, and frontends—using AI tools as coding partners to build modern, service-based architectures. This is an opportunity to operate with startup-level autonomy within a high-impact global technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver production-ready microservices, APIs, and frontends.
• Apply AI-accelerated engineering using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor AI, and ChatGPT.
• Lead legacy-to-modern system transformations, applying iterative migration patterns (e.g., strangler pattern).
• Own technical architecture from design to deployment, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and domain experts to validate functionality and drive business alignment.
  
  

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years in modern .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• 3+ years in React (TypeScript) or Angular.
• Proven track record in greenfield builds or full-system rewrites.
• Familiarity with legacy system migration (desktop to web).
• Strong understanding of automated test generation and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience integrating LLM-powered features such as natural language search.
  
  

• Hands-on with AI tools as coding partners (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Ability to orchestrate multi-agent workflows for development.
• Experience applying AI to reverse engineering, summarization, and UI prototyping.
