The Operations Analyst—TAM Support plays a vital role in elevating operational efficiency within Oracle’s TAM organization. This individual will analyze key performance metrics, ensure compliance with business practices, and facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration. By driving process improvements and supporting strategic objectives, you will directly impact the customer experience and organizational success.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

5+ years’ experience in an operation, business analysis, or process improvement role.

Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and KPI measurement.

Strong knowledge of business process design, documentation, and compliance standards.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across multifunctional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence/reporting tools.

Good-to-Have:

Experience Within The Technology Sector Or Customer Success/support Functions.

Familiarity with Oracle systems, financial tools, and workflow management software.

Process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP).

Change management and organizational training experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between TAM and cross-functional teams—including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management—to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Collect, input, verify, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and deliver management updates on budget versus actuals, highlighting deviations and actionable opportunities.

Assess and communicate the economic impact and compliance considerations of key business decisions, providing insights to guide strategic direction.

Ensure full compliance with Oracle Business Practices by monitoring processes and approvals.

Drive the implementation of new business processes and procedures to enhance operational consistency and efficiency.

Develop, update, and deliver training on business practices to ensure organization-wide awareness and adoption.

Continuously monitor and refine business practices to align with evolving financial and tactical objectives.
