As an CAFM Technical Consultant, you will have a proven track record in software installation, implementation and consultancy.

You will have the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and individuals, working towards win-win outcomes, identifying key or underlying issues in both complex situations and with data.

Working with others and playing an integral part in both your team and the wider business by fostering a collaborative working environment. Contribute to team performance, and capable of finding ways around obstacles with minimum guidance. Actively shares knowledge among peers and demonstrates initiative in professional self-development.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the core product range within the scope of work packages through collaboration with internal teams.
• Ability to validate, interpret and manipulate data.
• Ad hoc reports building using MRI Evolution tools.
• Data manipulation, import and extraction, using a working knowledge of the MRI Evolution tools.
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge of the Evolution software suite.
• Communicate technical information to suit the audience.
• Escalate risks, issues and complaints to relevant parties within the business.
• Manage workload to the agreed timeframe, ensuring any potential over runs are escalated to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Manage customer expectations on all project deliverables
• Obtain internal client feedback and priorities client issues and addressing them accordingly.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and provide guidance.
• Commit to working towards and achieving all MRI’s/teams/personal objectives and goals.
• To follow the Professional Services internal processes and procedures, including the appropriate and timely updating of all internal systems.

• Minimum 2-4 years of Software Implementation or data ETL (extract, transform, load) experience
• MS Office skills – Advanced Excel
• SQL Server
• Business Intelligent Tools – e.g Crystal/SSRS/Power Bi
• Ideally have previous experience of implementing configurable software solutions.
• Organised and methodical.
  
  

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experience
  
  

• Ability to learn leading technical / industry standards and technologies
