This is an electrifying technical position in performance engineering landscape, and we are looking for innovative individuals who can bring their performance experiences to bear on the problems that are yet to both discover and pursue.
Formulate solutions with creative tooling, AI, ML models and analysis which could lie in the infrastructure, frontend, services, database, integration, device, CDN or massive code base catering across multiple regions.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in performance testing and developing engineering frameworks for complex enterprise applications.
Expert in designing advanced test scripts (modular scripting, JavaScript, Scala, Python, etc.) and utilizing industry-leading load testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, K6, Neoload, BlazeMeter, SOASTA, and LoadRunner.
Expertise in frontend and client-side performance testing, leveraging tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Sitespeed to drive significant performance improvements.
Skilled in performing volumetric analysis on production data using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with a strong ability to analyze production logs for actionable insights.
Should demonstrate the ability to comprehend Non-Functional Requirements, prepare test strategies and develop medium to complex workload models.
Experience in application monitoring and performance analysis, with expertise in creating and customizing dashboards using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CloudWatch, AppInsights, Stackdriver, and Datadog.
Capable of configuring synthetic monitoring with leading APM tools, including Lighthouse and WebPageTest
Familiar with designing custom dashboards using log aggregation tools such as Splunk, ELK, and Grafana to enhance data visualization and monitoring.
Skilled in analyzing thread and heap dumps, partnering with development teams to drive application performance optimization, including database connection pool tuning and query refinement.
Engineered mobile testing solutions using tools like pCloudy, Perfecto, and BrowserStack, driving performance improvements and optimizing mobile user experiences.
Experience in integrating load testing tools into CI/CD pipelines, developing robust frameworks and dashboards, and generating performance trend reports for continuous optimization.
Hands-on experience with containerization solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes, building custom docker images for performance test, proficient in Linux commands, and experience with microservices and version control systems like Bitbucket.
Strong command and knowledge on shell scripting, Linux commands, and working with programming languages like Python and Java.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, with extensive hands-on experience utilizing cloud services from GCP, AWS, or Azure to design and implement performance testing solutions
1 foundation level cloud certification in GCP/AWS/Azure.
Experience in implementing solutions with GenAI tools, large language models (LLM), machine learning, and prompt engineering to enhance automation and data-driven approach.
Set Yourself Apart With:
Platform exposure on AEM /SiteCore, ATG/Hybris/WCS/Magneto. Good hands-on experience on tuning Oracle/ MySQL/SAP Hana/MongoDB/db2.
Extensive experience in conducting static code reviews and providing actionable feedback on key code quality issues.
1 advance level certification in any one of the leading cloud providers - GCP/AWS/Azure.
Understanding of security principles, practices, and protocols such as encryption, authentication, authorization.
Experience with vulnerability scanning, threat detection, and risk assessment tools.
Perform penetration tests to identify and mitigate security risks across applications, services, and networks
