Responsibilities-

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to enhance employee productivity and engagement
  • Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs within the business team and implement programs to enhance skills and career growth
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, coaching managers, and promoting a culture of agility and innovation
  • Metrics and Reporting: Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving people processes and business outcomes


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role within a technology or fintech environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
