Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and driven Partnership Sales Associate to support our partner ecosystem growth. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to identify, onboard, and nurture SI and technology partnerships that drive revenue opportunities, expand market reach, and strengthen customer value. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in SaaS / IT services sales while building expertise in partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential SI partners, resellers, and strategic alliances aligned with company goals.
  • Partner Outreach: Support outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage new partners and set up introductory meetings.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop joint GTM (go-to-market) activities with partners.
  • Pipeline Support: Assist in managing partner leads and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Relationship Management: Help nurture relationships with existing partners by coordinating regular check-ins, sharing enablement material, and addressing queries.
  • Reporting: Track and report on partner performance metrics, lead conversions, and pipeline contribution.
  • Event Support: Participate in industry events, webinars, or partner workshops to build connections and represent the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (SaaS / IT Services preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Ability to research markets, analyze partner potential, and prepare basic reports.
  • Proactive learner with an interest in SaaS / IT solutions, cloud, and enterprise technology landscape.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Internship or project experience in SaaS / IT services sales.
  • Understanding of basic sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
  • Prior exposure to partner/channel sales programs or reseller ecosystems.
