About the Role

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is not an account manager role. It is a high-stakes, high-leverage, cross-functional operator role responsible for protecting belief, retaining allocation, and driving expansion across some of the largest lenders in the country.


This role sits at the intersection of collections strategy, analytics, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. You will be the single most important interface for our partners ensuring they feel heard, safe, prioritized, and confident about their portfolio outcomes.

This is an ideal role for someone who has worked in:

  1. Collections Strategy inside an NBFC/Bank/Fintech
  2. Consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain/Kearney) with experience in BFSI, lending, operations, or turnaround programs
  3. Program/Delivery roles in high-performance fintech or risk teams


You’ll operate like a mini-CEO for each lender, driving outcomes across Ops, Digital, Field, Product, Data, and QA.


Responsibilities

1. Allocation Retention & Stability

  1. Own retention of allocated portfolios across delinquency buckets
  2. Track performance daily; identify early-warning signals before dashboards turn red
  3. Drive cross-functional war rooms with Ops, Digital, Field, QA, and Product
  4. Ensure predictable week-on-week collection efficiency
  5. Protect every rupee of allocation through intervention, escalation management, and expectation setting
  6. Maintain zero-surprise culture with all lenders


2. Strategic Partner Management

  1. Become the primary trusted advisor to collections heads, risk heads, and CXO-level stakeholders
  2. Run structured weekly check-ins, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  3. Build sharp narratives around performance drivers, outcomes, and forward strategy
  4. Bring maturity, calm, and control in high-pressure situations
  5. Shape portfolio-level strategies to unlock efficiency and expansion


3. Cross-Functional Orchestration

  1. Rally internal teams with urgency and clarity to meet partner expectations
  2. Work directly with Ops, Digital, Field, Product, Data, and Sales to drive outcomes
  3. Establish and maintain governance SLAs for issues, reports, insights, and interventions
  4. Translate partner needs into actionable internal requirements
  5. Ensure seamless readiness for every new allocation, product type, or geography


4. Performance Insights & Governance

  1. Own all partner performance dashboards and reporting
  2. Convert operational data into insights that shape lender strategy and internal decisions
  3. Build monthly narratives around wins, misses, risks, and corrective plans
  4. Track variability, stability, and expectation gaps with precision
  5. Ensure partner communication is always structured, sharp, and proactive


5. Advocacy, Expansion & Relationship Growth

  1. Identify delight moments and convert them into testimonials, case studies, and PR opportunities
  2. Build internal champions within lender organizations
  3. Unlock expansion opportunities across delinquency stages, product types, and geographies
  4. Drive referenceability and advocacy through consistent delivery
  5. Ensure partners view DPDzero as their default, long-term collections partner


Requirements

You should have experience in one of the following (strongly preferred):

  1. Collections Strategy / Risk Strategy / Credit Ops in NBFC, Bank, or Fintech
  2. Consulting background (McKinsey / BCG / Bain / Kearney / Deloitte Strategy) with BFSI or operations focus
