What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation A set of tasks that include managing Scope & Contract , Stakeholders and Financials along with the overall delivery management from requirements through deploy.

What are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and supplier management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, Techno-Functional with rich experience in Project & Program Management in the field of Digital Automation using Workflows Design and execute P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Experience on implementing P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A toolset (Trade shift, Blackline, Cadency, High Radius etc)
• Understanding & Experience to integrate above toolsets with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) systems and RPA.
• Techno-Functional with rich experience in Project & Program Management in the field of Digital Automation using Workflows
• Coordinate with client Tech Lead to align Accenture and client workplans for dependencies and milestones
• Responsible for overseeing the overall implementation and is the owner of the master project plan
• Coordinate with client Tech Lead to gain and track client signoffs for technology projects deliverables
• Work with client Tech Lead to schedule and run regular overall project status meetings and RAID log review calls
• Responsible for overall technology risk and issue reso - Role based in Bangalore, but other locations considered for exceptional candidates. - This role will require daily coordination among resources in India, Europe, and North America. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strong Techno Functional Knowledge on P2P, R2R, O2C & FP&A domain.
• Skills in deployment and/or project management of F&A tools (Tradeshift, Blackline, Cadency, High Radius) & Workflows
• Strong project management skills, specifically proven experience on BPS Mobilizations
• Skills in deployment and/or project management of F&A tools & Workflows
• Well-developed risk analysis and mitigation skills
• People management demonstrated ability to build and lead virtual teams
• Proactive issue/conflict identification and resolution ability
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven client facing skills
