In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focusing on learning modules. As a Senior Associate, you will manage project configurations, mentor team members, and facilitate communication with clients to đảm bảo successful project execution and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project configurations for Oracle Cloud HCM learning modules
  • Mentor team members to enhance their capabilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Demonstrating process knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Writing functional specifications and driving workshops
  • Coordinating with client business leads
  • Performing unit and end-to-end testing
  • Excelling in communication and vendor coordination
  • Developing colleagues and working independently
  • Experience in at least 2 projects through go-live
