We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with experience of 8-9 years to oversee and manage day-to-day business operations. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow across departments, improving efficiency, managing teams, and achieving operational targets. The candidate will work closely with senior management to implement strategies that drive growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise teams across various departments.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines for projects.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8–9 years of experience in operations management, with team leadership exposure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
