Position: Lead Analyst

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining OFSAA solutions for financial institutions
• Work closely with business and IT teams, developing and documenting SQL queries, executing data sanity checks, and managing data movement and server administration.
• Data Movement and Server Management
• Understand complex SQL queries, analyze data related issues and identify root cause of issues / defects. Develop and implement performance optimal system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing OFSAA log files and fixing the issues. Analyze data related issues and identify root cause of issues / defects.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• A Design, develop, and configure components within the OFSAA suite, including Data Foundation, DIH (Data Integration Hub), FSDF, and Metadata Manager.
• Implement business rules, data models, and mapping logic using OFSAA tools like Rule Framework, ERWIN, or T2T (Table to Table).
• Design and develop ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load financial and risk data from source systems into OFSAA staging and atomic layers.
• Work with ODI, Informatica, or PL/SQL scripts to ingest and transform large datasets.
• Build and maintain validation rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ingestion and reporting layers.
• Optimize OFSAA components and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Reporting Teams to gather requirements and translate them into OFSAA configuration and code.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Good to have knowledge on finance and accounting principles.
