Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain OEMS performance dashboards and reporting tools to track compliance and operational metrics.
  • Analyze OEMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across TPE operations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and integrity in OEMS systems.
  • Prepare and present analytics reports to leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Support audits and assurance activities by providing data-driven insights and compliance evidence.
  • Integrate advanced analytics techniques to enhance OEMS performance monitoring and predictive capabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance on OEMS analytics tools and processes to stakeholders.
  • Participate in OEMS Communities of Practice (CoP) to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or OE systems within oil & gas operations.
  • Strong knowledge of OEMS frameworks, data visualization tools, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, and operational excellence (OE) systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related field, or professional certification such as NEBOSH or HSE.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Chevron OE governance and OEMS digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Pivot Tables) in Excel
  • Ability to lead process improvements and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and mentoring skills within engineering and HSE teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Expertise in managing and analyzing data from multiple sources to drive informed decision-making.
  • Attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and systems to develop a holistic operational view.
  • Proven experience in designing dashboards that integrate and visualize data from diverse sources.
