Knowledge/Skills

• CCNA fundamentals & concept application
• Understanding of OSI Model, IP addressing, Subnetting
• Familiarity with Firewall rules, NAT, VPN basics
• Desirable/Preferred- Awareness of Zscaler architecture (ZIA/ZPA basic concepts preferred)
• Good communication and good learning skill with positive attitude
  
  

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and logging customer tickets (incidents/requests)
• Basic troubleshooting of Zscaler and firewall alerts
• Escalating issues to L2/L3 based on SOPs
• Regular documentation and update of ticket status
  
  

Shift : Rotational (24/7 including night/weekend shifts)

Employment Type : Full-Time – Internship / Probation (3–6 months), followed by Confirmation

Growth Opportunity : Performance-based to L1 Support Role

Compensation- Initial 3 months Rs. 16K as stipend, later on clearing our internal assessment process, Rs. 25K p.m.
