We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals across multiple platforms. Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and execute designs across multiple mediums: print, web, video, social media, email marketing, etc.
• Conceptualize and create visuals based on project requirements.
• Use visuals to quicky convey differentiated value propositions for specific personas.
• Test graphics across various media platforms to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage all design projects to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Prepare well-structured content for delivery across diverse channels.
• Work with regional marketing colleagues to produce localized marketing materials.
• Support marketing technology initiatives, including implementing marketing automation platforms and designing email/landing page templates.
• Build strong relationships with commercial teams to ensure project success.
• Adhere to and enforce brand guidelines in all design work.
• As needed, help update or create brand guides / standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; major in Fine Arts or Graphic Design preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant graphic/digital design experience; B2B experience strongly preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with video editing tools such as After Effects, Blender, and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English; ability to collaborate with global teams and interface at all organizational levels.
• Highly creative and skilled in designing graphics for various formats: web, product descriptions, social media, email marketing, video scripts, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and equipped with project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in videography, animation, and photography is a strong plus.
