About the role
Partner the Business Unit and/or Market to drive an implement talent strategies that build Organisational capability, foster internal mobility and enable high quality performance and development conversations across the business, tailoring talent Processess globally whilst tailoring delivery to local needs.
You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:Working with the Senior Talent Partner, You partner the market , business unit Leadership Team and relevant People Director to deliver an excellent offer providing colleagues with an opportunity to get on.provide expertise to Functions, building out and course correcting local talent plansrepresent talent priorities locally, adapting focus to meet specific market needs while maintaining global consistencysupport the Senior Talent Partner and Function Director to run talent planning sessions with market or business unit Leadership teamsWhere appropriate you work with functional talent partners to feed into a Group wide view of local functional talent to support moments in the Talent Cycle such as Group Functional Talent Planningwork with local partnering teams to ensure the talent and performance cycles are delivered to colleagues within the market or business unit I partnersupport Managers and Leaders in embedding the Your Contribution framework and supporting a high performance culture, creating local plans to embed where needed.Accelerate the development of diverse talent to deliver against our D & I aspirations by ensuring all talent conversations focus on diverse representation as required - this will have a different focus depending on local needswork closely with Group Talent team and Senior Talent Partner to inform blueprint design to ensure brilliant delivery of talent processeschampion internal talent movement across functions and business units by working with the functonal talent partners and other talent partners across the different Group markets and businesses.support the design and implementation of talent Programmes that enhance engagement, learning and leadership development
