Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for the US market, who will own demand generation and engagement strategy across key verticals. This role is a mix of strategy, experimentation, people management, and execution.
You will manage two to three content specialists focused on engagement content and integrated campaigns spanning PPC, organic channels, webinars, podcasts, events, and emerging AI-driven workflows. Your core mandate will be to identify growth opportunities, improve lead quality and volume, and oversee reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Own the growth marketing strategy across multiple verticals with a clear focus on MQL and SQL growth, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Identify and double down on high-performing channels while spotting gaps and areas of improvement across the funnel.
- Continuously experiment with new engagement and lead generation ideas, formats, and channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, reduce funnel leakage, and increase conversion rates from lead → MQL → SQL.
Channel Strategy & Execution
- Support the content specialists to drive integrated campaigns across different marketing channels.
- Evaluate and scale new channels that can accelerate growth.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment on ICPs, messaging, and attribution.
Team Management & Enablement
- Manage and mentor two to three content specialists, helping them prioritize effectively and maximize output.
- Enable the team to experiment with AI platforms and tools to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of output.
Data, Insights & Optimization
- Track performance metrics across campaigns and channels to drive databacked decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
Success Metrics & KPIs
(0-6 Months) Strategy & Ownership
- Develop a clear growth and demand generation strategy for assigned verticals with defined goals, channels, and success metrics.
(6-12 Months) Growth & Pipeline Impact
- Improve lead-to-SQL conversion rate by 3X through better targeting and funnel optimization.
What Were Looking For
Must-Have
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation for the US market, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience owning lead generation, MQL/SQL growth, and pipeline metrics
- Strong understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing (paid, organic, content, events)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to AI tools for content, performance marketing, or campaign optimization
- Experience working with multiple industry verticals
