Deliver global processes with Global Supply Chain (GSC) Finance including:

• the delivery of GSK annual process to update Product Costs globally for one or more manufacturing group
• specialize in GSK’s product costing applications for one or more manufacturing group.
• Drive improvement of Product Costing data accuracy & quality of - circa 10,000 SKUs across 100k+ global data points.
• Function as a point of contact for Manufacturing Sites, Site Finance Partners, and Supply Chain Finance on all Product Costing related issues.
• Track and report GSC Control compliance across processes.
  
  
  

Minimum Level Of Job-Related Experience Required (must-haves)

• Graduate with professional accountancy qualification (for e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or international equivalent)
• Previous Supply Chain Manufacturing experience
• Deep understanding of Product Costing and/or Production Accounting up to SME level in SAP M-ERP or equivalent system.
• Demonstrated ability of operating effectively in a matrix structure including collaboration skills.

• 5 to 9 years of relevant work experience in Product Costing.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams.
• Ability to deliver results in a complex/global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective.
• Comfortable working in a matrix hybrid environment and dealing with ambiguity.
