Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML architecture: data ingestion ➜ feature engineering ➜ training ➜ model serving across multi-cloud environments.
• Design scalable, event-driven pipelines using Python, Spark, and Kubernetes for streaming and batch workloads.
• Select and integrate best-fit frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) while enforcing model versioning and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to optimise algorithms for latency, cost, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor engineers, define coding standards, and champion architectural governance across product squads.
  
  

• 12+ years software engineering with 3+ years architecting large-scale ML solutions.
• Expertise in Python plus one JVM language; strong grasp of data structures and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow or PyTorch, including model optimisation and GPU acceleration.
• Production experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS).
• Track record implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability for ML workloads.
