Key Result Areas

Role-specific

• Should be well verse with analytical method development for biological products, such as chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, cIEF, impurity methods etc.
• Should be proficient in operation and maintenance of SCIEX, Maurice, spectramax, PCR instruments etc.
• Execute laboratory experiments, force degradation, stability, in-process sample analysis and documenting them in detail in laboratory notebook and ELN.
• Compilation of data, interpretation and preparation of development report, STP, SAR, SOP, EOP, IOP and technical presentations.
• Draft experimental protocol and getting it reviewed by the team lead.
• Forecasting of material required in a given project where he/she has been assigned a role.
• Always ensure safety and data integrity compliance.
• Should provide data and maintain the SQDECC and other operational excellence activities.
• Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.

Education and Experience

Education

M.Sc. and MTech.

Industry Experience

Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant practical experience in an R&D organization (pharma, biopharma/biotech).

• Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company’s integrity & quality standards.
