You will be responsible for
Job Summary:
In this role I will be responsible to manage spend and suppliers related to procurement of HR Services, Recruitment, L&D,  Payroll, 
Professional Services, Temp Labour, Financial Services, Travel, Events, Subscriptions etc. 
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: 
Manage spend and suppliers related to the procurement of HR Services, Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, Professional Services, Temp 
Labour, Financial Services, Travel, Events, Subscriptions etc. 
-Understand and achieve category deliverables, savings commitments, and obligations by establishing and executing project plans.
-Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders to support, endorse, and deliver sub-category plans aligned with category 
strategies, realizing business objectives and supporting innovation.
- Lead the vendor selection process, including the execution of RFPs and RFQs. Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and 
conditions, ensuring value creation for the business.
- Build new and improve existing supplier relationships to ensure supply chain sustainability and deliver greater value.
- Drive operational excellence through improved use of tools, processes, and the application of best practices. 
-Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation

Operational skills relevant for this job:
Experience relevant for this job:
- Working knowledge of the lean six sigma framework to drive 
 - Bachelors in Procurement, Commerce, Business, Economics 
continuous improvement 
or a category related subject from a reputed University
- Experience of operating and managing stakeholders  in a 
- Professional accreditation from CIPS or equivalent institute 
remote environment, preferably supporting UK or US geography
desirable
- Adept at working with virtual teams & leveraging appropriate 
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sourcing role. Expertise in 
communication channels & tools (verbal / written - email, 
Corporate Services category and understanding of UK market 
collaboration tools, etc.) to accomplish the tasks assigned
preferable
- Microsoft Suite Competency: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, 
- Experience of Procurement tools and technology platforms 
PowerPoint

- Numeracy Skills, Advanced Analytical Ability
- Demonstrated experience in procurement processes, including 
- Eye-to-Detail, Basic Market Research
executing RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing activities 
Good Negotiation skills are Needed.
