Job Description

8-10 years of hands-on technology experience of leading a team of 3 - 6 members, working with global stakeholders and having the right problem solving attitude.

Must have software development experience. Require hands-on experience in Java/J2EE,ReactJS, SQL, Open Source Frameworks

Additionally, the experience in JAVA/J2EE programming, web services, Spring boot, Agile/ Scrum methodology and PERL programming is desired.

Spring, Hibernate , Web services (RESTful) using JSON and XML formats and produce reusable superior technical components.

Knowledge on AWS and build process.

Strong relational database skills in MySQL/Oracle.

Ready to do POCs and work with Architects for any tasks/Solutioning.

Experience using Scrum, Agile modelling and adaptive software development lifecycle.

Work closely with project, business analyst and QA teams. This requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

Participates efficiently and effectively in Quality Assurance methodologies and solutions in support of business needs.

Participate in on-call rotation.

Trains and mentors less experienced staff.

Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience

Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.

Should have led a team of 3-6 team members working on the above technologies.

Design experience and troubleshooting skills on UI, core/backend and AWS systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with global stakeholders

OTHER PREFERRED (Good To Have)

Technical and/or Agile certifications.

Participate in a Scrum Development Team.

Continuous integration and build process and deployment experience and SONAR for code quality analysis are desired.

Experience with Git, Maven, Jira and/or Hudson/Jenkins are a plus.

Test driven development using testing frameworks (Junit).

Team player and ability to mentor developers on application development best practices.

Good hands-on, documentation and good coding practices.
