The Role

L2/L3 Team Lead, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead L2 and L3 support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and ensure effective permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and propose alternative approaches.
- Support integration workflows including EFTLink, OMS, ERP, CRM, inbound/outbound integrations (customers, sales/settlement, articles, pricing, promotions).
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including workload estimation, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new requirements and evaluate feasibility.
- Groom and mentor team members to strengthen their functional and technical expertise in Oracle Xstore.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of issues from identification through post-delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain SLA adherence and improve service quality.
- Manage and mentor L2 & L3 teams, enabling them to work autonomously through training, documentation, and coaching.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs including incident SLAs, backlog trends, ticket reopen %, mean time to acknowledge/resolve, and productivity.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge bases for consistent and efficient support operations.
Must have
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
- 6–9 years of IT experience with at least 2+ end-to-end Oracle Xstore implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Xstore Suite and integrations (EFTLink, OMS, ERP, CRM).
- Excellent technical knowledge in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB.
- Good understanding of Xstore landscape, localization, and retail domain processes.
- Experience in production support (L2 & L3), root cause analysis, and resolution management.
- Ability to estimate workloads, assess risks, and define mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in mentoring and leading support teams.
