Junior HR Executive

Location: Vaishnavi Tech Park, Bellandur

Compensation: 3LPA – 3.6 LPA

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with HR internships are most welcome!)

As a Recruiter, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) for candidates—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring they have the best experience with us. Think of yourself as a career matchmaker, helping great people meet their dream opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunt for talent on job portals, LinkedIn, and other cool platforms
• Talk to candidates and figure out if they’re the “right fit” (a little detective work)
• Schedule interviews and keep the process running smoothly
• Build and update our candidate database
• Partner with senior recruiters & hiring managers to learn the ropes
• Spread good vibes by making sure every candidate has a positive experience
  
  

• Fresh graduates OR 0–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience
• Internship experience in HR is a bonus
• Great communication & people skills (you enjoy talking to people!)
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards = brownie points
